FAQs
-
It means the textile fabric design is yours and yours only – I can’t resell it onto another member of The Print Shop (read: standing out just got 100x easier for you, woo-hoo!).
Whatever brand name you use when purchasing the print has the exclusive rights to:
✅ Print the artwork on an unlimited number of end-products, including but not limited to fashion, swimwear, kids wear, home textiles and stationery
✅ Use it on these end-products for an unlimited amount of time
✅ Sell these end-products direct to consumers under one brand name
✅ Wholesale these end-products under one brand name.
However, you cannot:
❌ Use the artwork on end-products that are intended to be sold under multiple brand names
❌ Re-sell, re-distribute or re-license the artwork to another person, business or brand.
In saying that, if you wish to use any of my textile fabric designs for multiple brands, please drop me a line and I can provide information on additional fees to get this done for you.

As many as your heart desires: there’s no limit to how many times you use your print with an exclusive license.
-
I only drop new collections every 6-8 weeks – or when the time feels right and the creativity is flowing. This means that new textile fabric designs tend to sell out really quickly and paying via bank transfer can mean missing out. However, if you’d like to buy a print post-release week, organising a bank transfer is usually a reliable way of securing your
favourite print (I can’t guarantee it though, sorry!). Drop me an email with which print you would like and I’ll send you an invoice with my bank details. Prints will not be marked as ‘sold out’ until payment is made in full.
-
Once you’ve made payment, I will be in touch via email with a link for you to download your final print ready artwork files. I try to do so shortly after your purchase but please allow 1-2 business days during busy periods. Please download the files as soon as you can as they will be removed after one week.

The copyright of the artwork remains with The Design Parlour. There is no reassignment of copyright under an Exclusive License. If you wish to obtain the copyright of a print this will require additional fees. Please get in touch to discuss further christina@thedesignparlour.com.au

Prints that have been created with watercolour illustrations are best printed digitally. These are saved as PSD files (Photoshop) and this will be indicated in the product description.
Prints saved as Ai files (illustrator) can be screen or digitally printed. I’ve also indicated the number of colours used within an Adobe Illustrator print design for screen printing purposes. -
Sure! I can provide Pantone colour suggestions upon request. The reason why I don’t provide them initially is because some customers may choose to change the colours or request that I change the colours for them. Some also prefer to choose the Pantone colours themselves.
-
Definitely! Please get in touch with your colour references and ideas and I can send you a quote.
-
Yes we can! Custom changes come at an additional cost. Get in touch to discuss your needs and I can send through a quote christina@thedesignparlour.com.au
